0 Reese Witherspoon caught on camera in handcuffs at police station

Footage from an underground police car park shows the Hollywood star — who has since admitted she “had one drink too many” — being escorted from a marked car with her hands behind her back.

Reese had been arrested in Atlanta in the early hours for disorderly conduct following an altercation with an officer.
A cop reported she had asked him: “Do you know my name ... you’re about to find out who I am,” after her husband Jim Toth, 42, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.

The officer stated: “Mrs Witherspoon began to hang out the window and say that she did not believe that I was a real police officer. I told Mrs Witherspoon to sit on her butt and be quiet."
He went on: “Mrs Witherspoon asked, ‘Do you know my name?’ I answered, ‘No, I don’t need to know your name.’

“I then added, ‘Right now.’ Mrs Witherspoon stated, ‘You’re about to find out who I am.’
“Mrs Witherspoon also stated, ‘You’re going to be on national news.’ I advised Mrs Witherspoon that was fine."
